Refunds and Cancellations

At PoultryPro+, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your subscription. If the administrative user of the account cancels the subscription at any point during the monthly or annual billing cycle, the account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. However, please note that we do not issue refunds for any payments that have been processed. If a yearly plan has been purchased, the account will remain active for the full 12 months from the date of purchase.

To avoid being charged for the next renewal period, the administrative user must cancel the subscription before the renewal date. If the subscription is not cancelled before the renewal date, the subscription cost will be charged according to the current plan. However, the account will still retain access to all features of the plan through the end of the paid period.
